GENERAL INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2. Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected by our company through automatic or non-automatic means, via our company units, website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels, whether verbally, in writing, or electronically. Your personal data may be processed as long as you continue to benefit from our products and services. Furthermore, your personal data may be processed when you visit our company or website or participate in training sessions, seminars, or events organized by our company.
The collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

- Ensuring the commercial and legal security of our company and related persons.
- Conducting information technology processes.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the provisions in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law, for the following purposes:

4. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties in Turkey and Abroad
Your personal data may be transferred to affiliated companies of SGR Industrial, human resources consulting firms, information technology companies, legal advisors, accountants, occupational health and safety institutions, and other relevant third parties. Your personal data may also be transferred to affiliated companies abroad when necessary.
5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through various channels and on different legal grounds, based on public databases and legal obligations, to provide and develop our products and services and to carry out commercial activities. Additionally, your personal data is collected within our company premises and workplaces for security purposes. The collected data is processed within the scope of the purposes specified in sections (b) and (c) of this Information Text, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
6. Rights of the Data Owner Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, you have the following rights under the law:
To learn whether your personal data is processed.
To request information about your processed personal data.
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with this purpose.
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad.
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the legal grounds for its processing cease to exist, and to request notification of this deletion to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
To object to an unfavorable outcome resulting from the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems.
To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
